Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples, an American singer and actress. She was awarded the best actress award for her performances in Nashville, the 2012 drama in which she played Layla Grant. She also won the award in Sharknado 2013 in which she played Claudia Shepard. She was the lead character Jerrica Jem benton in the movie of 2015 Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy & Ashley brought her up in Lake Mary Florida. There is a sibling named Ally. Aubrey performed for 10 seasons in Orlando Repertory Theatre. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speaker of the class in 2012. Harvard University was willing to admit her. However, she turned down the invitation twice. The second time was due to her desire to perform in Nashville. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and had a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). Peeples was a part of the made-for television films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. She played Layla Grant, a major character in the Nashville second season of the drama. In the year 2019 Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder during an interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples at the end of September as among America's best young actors.
